My holy grail

I have skin that doesn't shed dead skin properly and keratosis pilaris. This helps a ton! It's necessary like water for me lol. Decent quality... But would be nice if they can give a description of what other ingredients are in its base cream (apart from urea and lactic acid)... As for example some people might prefer non- comedogenic ingredients. Although I have never broken out with this cream and I have oily acne prone skin... So no complains!

For soft hand and feet

It is a good cream for soft hand and feet. I use it with any lotion and it makes my hand and feet soft. Also good for strawberry skin
